PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN BOARD - TOWN OF GATES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Gates will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 7:45 P.M. at the Gates Town Hall, 1605 Buffalo Road to consider the application of William Heffron, Jr. for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a pizza parlor at 3072 Buffalo Road. The request is made pursuant to Article XXV Section 190-143 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Gates.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
