NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF GATES AT THE GATES COMMUNITY CENTER 1605 BUFFALO ROAD ON MONDAY JULY 14, 2008 AT 7:30 PM PERTAINING TO THE FOLLOWING:

The application of William Zamiara requesting a Use Variance from Article XIX, Section 190-92 to construct a 15,000 square foot storage barn for commercial use on property located in a Residential Zoning District at 898 Buffalo Road.

TABLED FROM JUNE 9, 2008 MTG.
The application of Christopher and Meredith Shaw requesting an Area Variance from Article XIX, Section 190-94(C-1) to construct a shed which will encroach into the required front yard setback on property located at 381 Hinchey Road.

2) The application of John Coval requesting an Area Variance from Article XIX, Section 190-94(C-2) to install an above ground swimming pool in the rear yard which will encroach into the required rear setback on property located at 73 Riviera Drive.

3) The application of Kassis Superior Sign, as agent for Aspen Dental, requesting a Use Variance from Article V, Section 190-24(B) to install 2 additional wall signs on property located at 2110 Chili Avenue.

4) The application of 40 Bermar LLC requesting a Use Variance from Article XXVI, Section 190-150 to allow the use of Adult Day Care- in a Limited Industrial Zoning District on property located at 40 Bermar Park.

5) The application of Sally A. Conlin requesting a Conditional Use Permit and an Area Variance from Article VI, Section 190-32 B&D(1,2) to construct a fence within the required front setback on property located at 15 Silver Birch Drive. The proposed fence requires an Area Variance for height and proximity to the lot line.

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. PLANS ARE ON FILE FOR THE ABOVE APPLICATIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND MAY BE REVIEWED BY THE PUBLIC DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
