GATES PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON MONDAY, JANUARY 23, 2012 AT 7:30 PM, THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF GATES TO BE HELD AT THE GATES COMMUNITY CENTER, 1605 BUFFALO ROAD.  AT THIS TIME THE PLANNING BOARD SHALL HEAR THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS:

 

 

 

            1)  The application of James Gizzi requesting Final Site Review to construct a 7350 square-foot Building to include 3 lease spaces which will be located at 2997 Buffalo Road, in a Neighborhood Business Zoning District.

 

           

 

2)  The application of LandTech, as agent for Gerald Testa, requesting Final Site Review to construct a 50’ X 200’ Pole Barn which will be located at 14 Industrial Park Circle, in a General Industrial Zoning District.

 

 

 

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.  PLANS ARE ON    FILE FOR THE ABOVE APPLICATION IN THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS AND MAY BE REVIEWED BY THE PUBLIC DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
