NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  THAT  THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF GATES AT THE GATES COMMUNITY CENTER 1605 BUFFALO ROAD ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 13, 2012 AT 7:30 PM PERTAINING TO THE FOLLOWING:

 

 

TABLED FROM JANUARY 9, 2012 MEETING

 

The application of Expressivew Developments Inc. requesting Use and Area Variances from Article V, Sections 190-22(C), 190-22(E) and 190-26(A) to erect 3 illuminated free-standing monopole signs which will exceed the height limitations on property located at 142 Buell Road.

 

 

REGULAR AGENDA

 

1)         The application of Home Pride Builders requesting a Use Variance from Article XXIII, Section 190-125 to construct multi-unit dwellings in a Business Non-Retail Zoning District located at 3823 Lyell Road.

 

 

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.  PLANS ARE ON FILE FOR THE ABOVE APPLICATIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND MAY BE REVIEWED BY THE PUBLIC DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
