It's been 20 years since the JC Penney store in Northgate Plaza closed its doors, and a handful of its employees still remember the store's struggle and the sad announcement. Many of them still hold on to the memories, and Tuesday night, the "Penney Associates" gathered in Gates to celebrate the milestone and reminisce.
